Execution isn’t easy. It’s stressful and it takes a lot out of me. But I loved the last point—celebrate the freedom. I forget that so often. I started my advisory firm because I want to do what I believe in.

Amazing and generous advice. You’ve shared the complete framework most would charge to reveal. Brilliant providing the value to all. Thank you! For me you have especially reinforced my thoughts on pay rates although others I sought advice from thought too high. I knew the value is here. Thank you for seeing me.

This is great. Setting boundaries really resonated with me. I found myself having greater success as I narrowed my service offering and became comfortable telling people that I wasn't the right fit for them. Thank you for reminding me.

Zoe, I love this piece, I just included it as a recommendation in my latest newsletter.

I mentor people starting in freelancing and the biggest challenge is going from free/ low priced work to earning equitably (especially women!). I have been contracting on and off for almost 20 years, I know my worth. Many others struggle with this. We need to remember that often they are coming from never having to negotiate or charge for their work - leaving employment. It is a huge step.

What advice would you give?
